Community comes together to support food outreach initiative

A big thank you to everyone that came out to the reading of Dickens’s 'A Christmas Carol! All ticket proceeds go to support the Food Community Outreach (FCO) initiative, launched as a response to the ongoing need for food security in our community. 

At the core of this program are more than 125 volunteers from Runnymede United Church and the surrounding community who gather in the church’s commercial kitchen to make nutritious “home-made” soup for weekly delivery to the Bloor West Food Bank and other organizations.
